In Short: We do not use facial recognition technology to identify individuals, and we do not permanently collect or store biometric face data. Uploaded images, optional prompts, selected styles, and related information are temporarily processed only to create the AI-generated or AI-stylized image requested by you.
To create a stylized image, the photo or other image you select is uploaded to our backend infrastructure hosted using Google Cloud Platform in the United States. The image is temporarily processed and securely transmitted to one or more third-party AI service providers that generate the requested result based on your selected style, optional prompt, and other generation instructions.
Your uploaded image may contain the face of you or another individual. However, we do not use facial recognition technology to identify individuals, create or maintain facial-recognition templates, compare faces across different users or images, determine anyone’s identity, or use facial features to profile individuals.
Faces, people, objects, and other visual elements appearing in an uploaded image are processed only as visual content necessary to apply the selected artistic style and create the requested result. This processing may include preserving recognizable visual characteristics of the subject, such as facial appearance, hairstyle, clothing, pose, or expression.
We do not maintain a database of faces or use uploaded images to identify or authenticate individuals.
Here’s how we handle uploaded and generated images:
In Short: To provide the App’s AI image-generation and image-transformation features, we may share your uploaded image, optional prompt, selected style, and related generation instructions with third-party AI service providers.
Before using the App’s AI-generation features, you may be shown an in-app informational notice explaining that your content will be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers. By confirming the notice and submitting an image-generation request, you authorize the processing necessary to provide the requested feature.
Depending on the selected style, model availability, performance, technical requirements, service quality, or service reliability, we may dynamically select one or more third-party AI service providers. These providers may include, but are not limited to, OpenAI, fal.ai, Replicate, Google and their associated infrastructure or model providers.

We share only the information reasonably necessary to complete the requested AI-generation feature. Third-party providers process this information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, data-processing commitments, security practices, and retention policies.
Your uploaded images, optional prompts, generation instructions, and generated outputs are intended to be processed temporarily for the purpose of providing the requested AI image-generation or image-transformation service.
We do not use your uploaded images, prompts, or generated results to train or improve our own AI models. We also do not intentionally authorize third-party AI service providers to use your content to train or improve general-purpose AI models.
However, a third-party provider may temporarily retain limited input, output, or technical information for purposes such as operating and maintaining its service, preventing fraud or abuse, investigating technical problems, maintaining security, enforcing its policies, or complying with legal obligations. Any such processing is governed by the provider’s applicable terms, privacy policy, data-processing commitments, and retention practices.
Retention periods may vary depending on the selected provider, AI model, feature, or technical configuration. Where technically available and commercially reasonable, we use provider settings and configurations intended to limit data storage and prevent submitted content from being used for general AI model training.
Following the applicable retention period, third-party providers may automatically delete temporary input, output, and processing information unless longer retention is required by law, necessary to investigate suspected misuse or security incidents, or otherwise permitted under their applicable terms and policies.
You should upload only images that you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. When uploading an image containing another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission or other lawful basis to process that person’s image through the App.
You should not upload images containing highly sensitive, confidential, illegal, infringing, or inappropriate information. You should also avoid uploading photographs of children or other individuals without the permission of their parent, guardian, or the person depicted, as applicable.
You are responsible for the images and instructions you submit through the App and for ensuring that your use of the App does not violate applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or the rights of any other person.
Can AI or backend providers change over time?
Yes. The infrastructure, AI models, and third-party providers used by the App may change over time based on availability, performance, quality, security, reliability, cost, and product requirements. When a material change affects how personal information is processed, we will update this Privacy Policy as required.
In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our websites.
The Apps may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications.
